Nice bus station with most of the facilities. Electric boards to show the exact time of buses and where its going. Plenty of benches to wait for bus. Buses in out on time. There are terminals for different routes so check yours. Staff in uses are good not like London very moody and show attitude
This place serves as the central bus station in Manchester, England. Located near the Manchester Arndale and a walking distance from Manchester Piccadilly train station. There's a mini shop and a great travellers' service at the information center.
Station is quite modern and tidy, but HUGE minus is that in the XXI century in Europe you are required to pay for the toilet in COINS with NO CARD options! Manchester you can do much better than this!!
Bus station is, for what it is, fine, for what it is, but gets crowded, and a lack of seating is notable, but probably necessary to keep the drinks and vagrants from taking over.nnCoin Op toilets are a bit of a relic...nI'm more than happy to pay a small fee for a decent toilet, but who carries 20p peices around these days? If the plan is to stop the vagrants and drug users out then theyve probably got more 20p peices than most folk with all the coins that go in the begging cups.... Time to join the 21st ....Card reader needed.
Shudehill Bus Stop is a really convenient transport hub in the city centre. It’s close to the Arndale and Northern Quarter, so it’s easy to reach shops, restaurants, and other connections. The buses and trams are usually on time, and the area feels well-connected.nnThere’s good signage, helpful staff inside the interchange, and plenty of shelter from the weather. Overall, it’s a solid spot for travelling in and around Manchester.
