My daughter had a 2010 Mini One with a dodgy gearbox. Phil provided a used gearbox with a new clutch and completed the work within a couple of days to an excellent standard, an oil leak was also identified  and rectified. Really happy with both the work and the cost for the complete job - Thanks guys!

After initially taking my Mini to Phil and his team for an oil service the customer service was great. Shortly after I took it in for a clutch & dual mass flywheel replacement, the pricing was reasonable in comparison to other BMW/Mini specialists.  The following day of having the car back an engine warning light appeared, I spoke with Phil and he came to my house and sorted the problem with no qualms. Super helpful guy can't fault their work.

I have been here a few times for parts and they have always been more than helpful, on this occasion i took my car up as i just couldnt get to the bottom of the problem, within 5 minutes the boss had nailed it and the cars running like a dream. Full of knowledge and again more than helpful. I have my car booked in for a pulley replacement and am more than happy to leave the car with them for the job to be done, full confidence as they were so great! 5* from me

Phil, Mike and the team are amazing! I've got a troublesome 3 series and no matter what the issue, they're always able to identify and fix it at a great price. Absolutely the people to go to if you've ever got a problem!

I took my BMW to have it fixed at other Garages but never had any joy, when I came to Shropshire BMW Parts I had the best service and will now only use them.  Honest, reliable, and speedy, always with the most friendly staff, can not think of any way they could improve.  If you want the best service for your car, look no further. Very impressed.  Thanks Phil - diagnosed all the faults with my car Severely blocked DPF plus a few other things, quickly, inexpensively and explained options.  Alas I live a fair distance away and the DPF is now fully blocked.  Am working out how to get it off so I don't explode on the way back but will definitely be my first choice for all future service and repair work.

I’ve just taken my wife’s 1997 Z3 into BMW Shropshire Parts to have the drivers seat runners repaired. Unfortunately it was suffering from a common Z3 issue - submarining under acceleration and braking.  Phil removed the seat changed the worn none existent bushes and replaced the seat. He also switched the airbag light off.  Fantastic service excellent price and the acid test was accelerating hard and braking equally as hard leaving the industrial site and having no movement either way forward or backwards  Brilliant I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will be returning to have the passenger seat fixed within the next week or so.  Many thanks

Had a new engine fitted to my BMW 1 Series as my timing chain snapped, these guys are reasonably priced and know there stuff. I have had a few teething issues not with the engine it self and as soon as I have called them, they have been pleasant and out straight away to sort it. I must admit there after care service is second to non and I will be using these again, as and when I need them. They also make you feel that your not being a pain, even when you know you are. Top people and highly recommend.

I made a order with this company for all new glass for my bmw 3 series. They provided me a tracking number so I could track my item all the way to my home address as I'm based in essex. When the windows came sadly 1 window glass was completely shattered... due to courier not this company. I called the company and explained about the window and within 3 minutes they had sorted a replacement free of charge.... which turned up a day and a half later which was brilliant as I had called them quite late. I can not recommend this company enough. They was help professional and just brilliant.

Excellent support and service - great to speak with people who really know their stuff. I had a R56 mini that had failed the MOT on emissions smoke ... - the team diagnosed the problem and sorted it- Mini passed the retest no problems. A pleasure to do business with.
