Visited the store on Saturday, lovely little store where you almost get everything. All south indian groceries and vegetables are available. Very helpful and kind people. We were also introduced to their Chaat shop in Metrocentre Gateshead in yellow mall. Lovely lil' shop. All the best, may you grow into a bigger restaurant soon.
I visited the store over the weekend and purchased a 10 Kg packet of Shankar Sona Masuri rice. To my dismay, upon closer inspection at home, I discovered a Shree Radhe shop sticker on one side and brown tape on the other. The alarming part? The packet was already open! My suspicions heightened, and tearing off the tape revealed the extent of the tampering. I found the same situation on the other side, where the shop sticker was. The sheer audacity of selling an opened product is infuriating.nnThis incident has shattered my trust in the shop entirely. It's not just about the rice; it's about the blatant disregard for customers' trust and the audacious attempt to pass off an already opened product. The anger I feel is not just because of the inconvenience; it's a betrayal of trust. Purchasing groceries should not involve playing detective to ensure the integrity of the product.nnI cannot fathom why a shop would resort to such dishonest practices. This is the best shop for Indian groceries in Newcastle. It is located in near Hindu Temple. Since the day I came to Newcastle I have visited the shop multiple times. The staff treats me like my brother. I whenever go there I feel like home atmosphere#Delhivibes..nToday I went to the shop and it was 4th Anniversary of the shop and they gave me complementary sweets box..Thank you Shree Radhe
