Food was very good, professionally presented with great interior. I didn't try a dessert but the starter and main had my belly fully. Many restaurants automatically add a service charge when the waiting staff have done nothing out of ordinary. I like that Shozna did not do this, so I was able to voluntarily add a respectable tip

This place has a lovely look and atmosphere. Parking seems an issue as outside is double yellow lines. When we got there, even though we had booked they didn't know where to put us , there was a long conversation between them about where we should sit. The starters were fine. When the mains came out our naans were burnt underneath - which we noticed after a few bites, raised this with the waiter who told us this is how they are. Having eaten naans for many years I know the bottom shouldn't be charcoal but the waiter made it so uncomfortable for us questioning our view and acting like there was nothing he can do. If you can taste charcoal it's burnt!! When we saw people around us and the fresh naans that came out they weren't black underneath. He then said to me smell it and check it before I walk away so I know there won't be issues. Please taste it now before I walk away. Very aggressive tone and manners. Then came the bill which for the service and food quality was crazy high. Personally for me not worth the money with such an experience. I have been to nicer Indians that are actually half the price of this with amazing service. Overall mediocre food, less than mediocre service and extortionate prices.
Amazing atmosphere, you can sit outside and enjoy good weather or inside. Very helpful and caring staff. Clean and well prepared tables. Food: THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. You have to try, it is worth every penny. Will definitely come back for more

We had a great time visiting shonza on maidstone road Rochester. On arrival, we were taken upstairswe did request for it, and I was blown away by the interiors designs and how beautiful it looked. The meal was amazing and so was the drink. I will definitely be revisiting.
Simply beautifully cooked food. So flavoursome. A standout restaurant that is head and shoulders above others in the area. All dishes recommended. Vegetarian options: Any and all.
Mediocre food, price on the high side. Add to that felt rushed by rude staff. When I mentioned this I was told, and I quote, "its one of those days and it's late". So, if you must go, which I wouldn't recommend, don't go on a Monday, in case it's, "one of those days" again and definitely get there before 9pm. Its too late to be polite after that apparently...shrug
Beautiful food, staff were very pleasant and restaurant nice inside and out. Very cosy
Food was nice. Service was alright. Very rude person with the card machine at the end, asked us what tip we was going to give then proceeds to say ‘is that it?’.
