The best cinema I've been to, especially since it is a 'de Lux'. The recliner chairs are very comfortable and you can change the position of your chair and foot rest. Each row is divided with a wall, which means you cannot see the people in front of you or people behind you cannot see you, which is great. Highly recommend this cinema, never disappoints.
Comfortable seating, inviting and always a great experience. Watching on the big screen is still the best way to enjoy a movie, but now comes at a price and not cheap at all, not many now visit unless a special movie. Tickets are £15+ and add some snacks which come at a premium, you either need to save up or just avoid especially if you have kids and bring all along, expect to pay a lot more today and though the experience is amazing still, i feel we are being ripped off by sky high pricing.
Most definitely the BIGGEST screen cinema I’ve ever been to. Feels like it could be shy of IMAX. Excellent service, easily accessible for how busy it was. No posters available at the time which was a shame but at no fault of the staff, and watching DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE on such a massive screen with reclining seats was a delightful memory. Will be coming here again next time I’m up this way again.
A very, very good cinema in the North East! The parking is extremely large, with disabled spaces located just outside the cinema entrance. The recliner seats are comfortable, I'd say as good as the ones from the Vue cinema in Bolton, however it lacked the trays which would've been helpful. The separators between rows offer more privacy for viewers, which I enjoyed. The sound quality was so-so, we watched Jurassic World: Dominion and I didn't feel that the sound effects were that loud. The bathrooms were clean, and the hallway offered sofas where one could wait or just relax. The staff were polite, good customer service. The booking experience via the website was smooth, and an extra added touch was having a look at the food and drinks menu ahead of arriving at the cinema. There is an option available to place your food and drinks order ahead, but we chose to decide upon arrival. The nachos portion was very good size, of course cinema food is more expensive but hey ho! I'd recommend this cinema for an enjoyable cinema viewing experience!

First time going here, saw a music movie and found it pretty good, comfy seats place was clean. Bathroom tidy staff friendly. Maybe it was the cinema we had but the audio felt a tinny but off l. Like it lacked bass. Usally I complain most cinemas have to much.
Been going to this Showcase for years now and every time I have been I’ve enjoyed my time, getting there and parking is super accessible and the tickets and food/drink are also easy to acquire too and knowing which seat and screen I’m in is super easy too. The staff are always helpful and welcoming and never had a bad experience and I do love the recliner seats
Loved the leather recliner seats! So comfortably sat. Staff are kind well spoken and speak with a good attitude. Toilets are clean. Beautiful place over all!
As a mum of a little one it's very hard to keep up with the new movie releases, so I was over the moon to find out that there's not just one but two baby friendly screenings every week! The comfy reclining chairs makes it super easy to keep baby asleep and the extra room between the rows are just perfect to put all the toys out and even climbing the stairs several times with my baby wouldn't make it less good experience. Also the ice cream is out of this world!
