Very delicious ramen noodles are made here. The broth is incredibly filling, as well as the texture of the noodles themselves. If you want a quick bite to eat, as well as a chill place to hang out with a friend or even by yourself. Then this place can provide for you. Despite being a very small establishment, you can visit the larger versions of the same store very nearby, but this specific 'Go' branch is my favourite of them all.
Had a quick snack for gyoza as they pride themselves for being handmade to find that I’d rather eat gyoza anywhere else for more than a speck of flavor and a better atmosphere. Also had their karaage to find it over cooked and a bit burnt. Maybe their ramen is good but for a quick go place they changed a lot since they first opened, when I used to enjoy stopping in for a quick snack. Watching staff sit in the corner cold and a bit sick isn’t a place I’d want to ever go again.
Absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff. I told the waitress that I was allergic to some types of food and she walked me through and explained all ingredients. Delicious! One of the best ramen I have tried in my life! So worth it!
Noodles are very mediocre. I went for the Gudetama collaboration and would really only go there for that. It was so busy so service was quite slow.
Food: 3/5. I went to try the Gudetama set menu; there were two choices for each part starter, main, dessert, drink which offered vegetarian options. The bun was my favourite thing on the menu; it was soft and sweet with savoury inside. The ramen was nice, but you could kinda get it anywhere. The meat wasn't very tasteful. The cheesecake was fine, but still frozen in the centre and didn't taste much like matcha. They'd ran out of yuzu too. The peach tea was good but there wasn't much of it. Service: 4/5. Despite being incredibly busy in such a small space, everyone was hardworking and managed to weave through the horde. Our orders were taken quickly and brought to us just as efficiently. Location: 5/5. Easy to get to, really near Picadilly Circus. The storefront is super cute and right across the road is an adorable ice cream place!
As a ramen chain, this takeaway place is much better than I expected. It’s style is on the salty side though.
This is the smallest Shoryu, so expect lots of awkward waiting and getting in the way of the server. However, the food is STUNNING and a real celebration of Japanese food. A must is the Pork Bun; the mixture of BBQ and Japanese mayo make a salty yet sweet heavenly experience!
Best Gyoza since Kyoto and the Piri piri tonkotsu was fantastic - highly recommended!!!
As a part of the Shoryu Ramen chain, this store offers a nice selection of delicious noodles. The shop itself is simple to accommodate the quick and take-out business. I’ve eaten many times at 4 diff Shoryu locations in London, this is my favourite because of its simplicity and staff’s attitude.
Ramen here was fantastic. Broth was delicious and had a great depth. Noodles had a nice bite. Pork chashu was tender and egg was perfectly cooked. Only disappointing thing was it was served in a paper cup rather than a bowl even though we were eating at the bar.
