Very nice place. The staff was very polite and friendly. The food was delicious and well cooked.
Went for birthday meal booked by my wife. Once again a really good meal in good surroundings at very modest price. Service impeccable.

As usual it's my favourite place for burgers and mashroms in Portsmouth for many years. But it is now less quality than ever. But still good burger.
Like stepping back into the 80’s. Whilst the food was cooked very well the ambience service and decor are somewhat dated. As is the menu however the quality of the cooking of my steak was very good. Would I return probably not but it is a great option for the unadventurous that just wants steak and chips.
Lovely meal although too much of it,lovely attentive staff.
The place is nice but the food portions have got smaller and by quite a bit it's a shame as not a cheap place in first place to do that kind of sucks
Superb meal as always mushrooms are the best never had a rubbish meal yet
Absolutely amazing food! My steak was perfect and you get a really generous amount. The atmosphere and feel of the restaurant is cosy and oldy-worldy and all of the staff are cheerful, friendly and more than happy to help. 100% recommended this place if you want a great steak.
