Nice and cheap and easy to find. Gets full quickly though . Pay and display. Take spare change .
Reasonably priced convenient parking. Except during the building work.nHowever, If you pay online you have to use the MI parking app. Filled out the payment form and it wouldn't complete as the app apparently needed updating on my phone . Spent time updating the app and it asked if I wanted to proceed with the parking session I had already entered. Pressed yes as I was now running late and got the message saying I was successfully parked for 4 hours. Arrived back at the carpark to find an attendant mid ticketing my car. I explained I had paid and had 2 hours left. He rudely replied no you haven't. He continued to argue and then I showed him the app which clearly showed i had paid. Then he pointed out that half my registration was missing. In the middle of the app update it had lost it. He was really bolshy and rude and was smirking throughout. He continued to issue the ticket and took half a dozen photos of my car whilst I stood there. Basically challenged the fine but they upheld it and said it was my responsibility to check all the details were correct. Not a very pleasant man or experience. Head up .. double double check your details!!
Easy parking as i wanted to go to Shoreham centre and across chuch yard to cafes. Cheap parkkng on a Sunday
Only issue was it cancelled our first attempt to pay, probably timed out. Hopefully not charged twice.
I simply loathe machines that don't give change. It's theft and when the MiPermit app fails to work. there is no option but to subject oneself to this felony.
