Quick service, and very nice staff

I bough ta second pair of shoes at Shoe Zone, well pleased with the first lightweight pair used for exercise and light use, the more recent pair were a sturdy men's shoes with rugged soles and very nice looking faux leather tops. Fine in the shop, only when I put them on again at home did I notice the loud squeezing . I just couldn't have worn these socially such was the noise. However after some advice from friends, the noise has gone  because I treated rubbing areas around the tongue and laces with Dubbin. The shop and staff were as one would expect, tidy and helpful.

I had a really great experience in Shoe Zone today. I always find the employees in every branch to be friendly and helpful, but Sue in the Birkenhead store today went above and beyond. It has been excessively hot for the past few days and I am pregnant in my third trimester with very swollen feet so I dragged myself, hubby, and 2 children out in the heat to find anything to fit my poor feet. I had looked online first and as expected Shoe Zone had a good range of options that looked promising. The shoes I was looking for were by the door of the store so I propped myself against the door frame while my husband got down on his knees to find the right sizes on the rail and then to help me into them as I was struggling to bend down. Sue quickly came over and directed me to a seat to make the process much easier. My children were getting bit overexcited so I asked them to be patient as Mummy wasn't feeling too well because of the heat and I just needed to get this done quickly. Sue overheard this and instantly went and got me a bottle of water and made sure that I was OK. I was so grateful for that water! I explained which shoes I was still looking for and she went and checked for the stock before letting me know that even though they weren't in store she could order them to be delivered to my home later this week. She was friendly and chatty throughout and I left the store feeling so much happier and comfortable than when I arrived. I ended up with 4 pairs of shoes that fit comfortably and that look great, all for an affordable price! But more importantly the customer service and kindness that Sue provided was outstanding! Thank you Sue, I hope you know how much I appreciated your help today, and I hope your managers can reward you in some way!

got 2 pairs of good quality trainers for £20.staff were good as well.

This shop is good for a cheap pair of shoes and they have all sizes from adult to child wear
