I went with my partner for some new shoes and whilst my partner chose his I however was a little put off by the exuberant prices I asked why the ladies shoes and boots where maximum of £12 where as the ones I wanted was an extortionate price if 17.99 she said good point but gave no answer, I think all the shoes should be uniform price as it looks likes sexual discrimination plus they had a deal of 2 for £30 but they wouldn't allow that! When trying on my shoes at size 8 they looked and felt bigger the customer service person said try a 7 and I said no because I am a eight I know my shoe size and a size 8 should be what it says it shouldn't be different the customer service person just said oh OK. So I realized they had made a mess off the lacing so when I did them up properly they fit OK they didn't offer to put them into a box and tried to put both pairs in feeble plastic bag but decided to put each pair in separate bags. I found the staff quite snooty and they did not have a clue about customer service!
