Yeah great shoes at an affordable price. Got good black boots for work, lots to choose from. I was sensible and chose the roomy pair so I could wear thick socks! OK they aren't Prada but I ain't no millionaire;-
Unlike the one in Glenrothes where the staff actually acknowledge their customers and are very helpful and friendly I banned myself from the Dundee store after the ignorance and lack of respect for customers. I stood at till waiting to pay for my purchase and the two ladies carried on talking about something that shouldn’t have been discussed in public, I have worked in a supervisor position in clothing and to roll there eyes when I asked to get served was unacceptable, won’t be back to Dundee store
Sadly closing, like many other city centre shops. Never a week goes by without more casualties.
Do not buy anything under £15. I have been buying shoes here since last July bought 4 pairs and I could not use all 4 pairs for more than 3 months. Pairs under £15 I guess it can be worn maximum 3 months every day to work.
The products are good, but the service is terrible! We were treated very poorly at the store! I was ready to make the purchase, but I gave up, I left everything there. I do not recommend! Not this store, from this address! I don't leave the house to go shopping to be treated so rudely! shameful! A blonde lady who served us was extremely impolite, arrogant. It seems that dealing with the public is not your job.
Sent away for a pair of shoes and apart from free delivery to my house they came within 3 days. Great service.

Decided to go in as the shop was not meant to close for another 40mins.. But whilst shopping we were rushed out the door at 5pm as the staff wanted to close early..
I had the pleasure of being looked after by a young lad named Kerr. I'ts not often that you get someone in a shop who is interested in helping the way he did. I'm of an age where I can't bend and use a walking stick. But nothing was too much for Kerr, he proceeded to take of my old boots and put on the new ones for me, then helped me up to see if they were fitting alright. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I hope in the future he does well in life, as he deserves it. Many thanks to Kerr
Anytime I've gone in and made a purchase I've been made to feel like I am massively inconveniencing the blonde woman who I believe is the manager. No customer service at all. I don't think she enjoys her job.
