Better than it was 15 years ago with improvements, staff behind counter not a happy chap!

Waiting room on platform 2 been closed for months despite repairs done some time ago.  Poor

Trains on time usually. Unfortunately, the ticket office is often closed and so is the waiting room

Rubbish service

Wet Tuesday afternoon about 3.30pm. Car park was closed for resurfacing, ticket office closed, waiting room padlocked shut, no shop for anything. You can get a train and get wet but nothing else. Poor.
