Once appointment made service very efficient

Service isn't great, hard to get help even when you do have an appointment. Blood tests are extremely delayed and not much assistance in the uncertainty of family members health

Happy with the service overall.though it takes time on phone to get through the appointment line but end of the day if u get same day appointment it’s worth waiting.staff is polite and always helpful.

Practice Staff are excellent on the phone and on premises , but sadly waiting times to speak to someone take 20-30 mins or sometimes longer in the am.  Can there be something done regarding telephone waiting times?

I would never again use this place or ever recommend it due to harm caused
