Ordered from Shirebrook Express after numerous recommendations from friends, but couldn’t believe how bad my experience was. The food took almost an hour and a half to arrive after I ordered, and when I opened the boxes, everything was stone cold. I rang the takeaway to ask if I could get some fresh food because of this, and instead of trying to help me, the guy I spoke to started yelling down the phone, saying he was too busy and it was my fault. I don’t see how this is possible, when I rang literally two minutes after it was delivered! After a good five minutes of yelling at me, he slammed the phone down, and the problem didn’t get resolved. Absolutely shocking service. I will never order from them again.
First time I got food from here today......was so good. Definitely buy from here again and again. Staff are polite too.
My wrap was mouldy!!! Rang the restaurant & they said they can’t do anything because I didn’t ring sooner! Absolute disgrace, told me it went mouldy and that’s normal Avoid at all costs, do nothing to compensate for inadequate food. Been before in the past and had no problems but will never order again after this Deep pan down road much better
Chips nasty! Cook them or don't! Hard in the middle and some soft. If you don't know how to cook don't open a fast food takeaway! Don't drop then in a fryer for a minute and think they are cooked! Wouldn't even give them to our dogs, STAY AWAY people if you want good food and not be over priced, gomodel chippy/a different kettel of fish in stead loads better quality & price.

We did order pizza shish chicken and fries can say all cooked amazing,very tasty and fresh. We ordered and collected and ordered for delivery they came on time ,food was hot,nothing missing, we loved the sauces it's well
Shirebrook Express is fantastic. Their burgers are pretty awesome and tasty. I love their prices too. One thing I don’t like though is their opening times. They vary too much. On a given day they’ll close at 21.10 and another at 22.00, or they won’t be open at all when they usually are. Not quite sure what’s going on with them but yea... I would recommend ordering from them. Their food has gotten better over the last 2 years. Avoid Variety island at all cost! Go to Shirebrook Express instead. You won’t regret it. Update: Ordered some beautiful fried chicken wings from here! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and food is amazing delivery price is fab but I personally think it's to cheep especially for Worsop and surrounding areas
