I guess that some people will find the new online form filling a bit frustrating. Once I got used to it, I now think that the service received is much better than with the old system. Well done Shipston Medical Centre.
Not been able to see a GP in three years feel let down and frustrated staff are polite but they are an iron wall which you can not get through. Beginning to think there are no GPs just nursing staff.
Obviously very Covid 19 aware. Needed to see a nurse to dress a wound on my wife's arm. I got an appointment immediately to see Nurse Faith who was superb, as we have all come to expect of late. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely helpful and very kind. There is also a pharmacy on site which is extremely useful, they can also deliver medication to your home
Recently changed to these and I'm so glad I did. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Amazing doctors and staff.
The doctors here are nice and friendly however getting to see them is difficult. This place is so over subscribed with patients it's a nightmare trying to get an appointment. It can take weeks or you have to try your luck and ring bang on 8am to try and get an appointment on the day which isn't always possible.
There was problems getting an appointment, to picking up the prescription to then contacting them about the prescription not working out, seek another GP this a joke!
Avoid doctor Williams accused me of lying about being underweight and ill for years, saying I would just “get fatter as I grew up” and then I saw another practise who immediately diagnosed me with an eating disorder.
Im so grateful for the care I've received over the past two weeks. I cant thankyou enough..X
