I wanted to write a review for Shipston Dry Cleaning. I visited them for the first time about 2 months ago and put my silk duvet in for washing, some how the washing instructions were not properly read even though it had been noted on the slip resulting in my duvet being ruined. I had a very prompt and apologetic call as soon as this was realised with the full admission of fault and a reassurance that they would replace for a similar one. This has now occurred and I am extremely happy with the replacement as well as with their lovely customer service I shall definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you.
Never have I seen craftmanship like it! Carol has done a superb job at firstly taking up the cuff on a coat, but secondly repairing two jackets, of which, I would have deemed them fit for the bin! I wholeheartedy support this business, and Carol is a fantastic asset, both to the trade and community. Thank you!
I have been a customer of this dry cleaning company since it opened. Recently i took a long dress to be cleaned. On collection I noticed stains that were not present when I took it in. I requested they look at this and eradicate them. They duly obliged to d so. On my second attempt at collecting the dress these stains had not been removed. The lady serving me was at best rude as basically accused me of lying. She offered no apology for them ruining my dress. She then tried to withold my dress when I said I was not prepared to pay. Very dissappointing as this dress was over £150.00 to purchase and only worn once. More than that the total lack of customer service and rudeness from their employee.
Alround a lovely little town with all the shops and stores you could need. Surrounded by amazing rolling countryside too, has it all besides a view at sunset! and country pubs.
