Great place for going to clear your mind or Spend time with your family. The walk through the Woodlands is especially nice. Park is always clean and tidy. Fab place to go!
Very nice and peaceful by the reservoir. Car park and toilets right next to it. Plenty of geese and swans to feed. Such a tranquil place.

Great place for long walks, runs and good cafes in the area with a few memorable landscapes and landmarks
A fantastic country park plenty of difference routes for walking, cycling or horse riding along the routes there's gym equipment dotted about and a few children's play parks. There's also a good sized fishing. In the visitor centre, there's a good cafe that serves hot and cold meals. The only letdown is that dogs are not allowed inside, but there is a covered area outside. Well, it's worth a visit. Dog-friendliness: Plenty of free space to let the dog off the lead
We had a really nice couple of hours at Shipley Park today. We did the Trail activity which was good fun. We purchased some duck food from the shop and then fed the ducks on Osborne's Pond. We had a walk around the Park and played on the gym equipment. Back to the shop for some sweets for the kids and a hot takeaway coffee for me before playing on the adventure playground. The grounds were well looked after with lots of wild flowers. Nice afternoon. Restrooms: Toilets can be found near the shop and cafe. Picnic area: Plenty of areas to have a picnic
Shipley Park is one of my favourite places to visit. A lovely walk with family and friends or just simply a lone walk to take in the beautiful scenery. Great for dog owners. Great for photographers.

Beautiful far ranging parkland open all year round. Great visitor centre shop. Various places to get refreshments. Toilets. Stunning woodland with ancient trees, lakes, picnic & sports play areas. Very dog friendly. Wheel chair access in certain areas. Long and short walking distances. Great for all the family. Look put for events. Reasonably priced car parking in spacious car parks.
We took the opportunity of a break in the weather and visited the park. It was a good choice with the benefit of going in the week. A selection of excellent and varied walks and a cafe though we didn’t use it on this occasion. We will be back.
