Had an appointment with Trudi last week after deciding I wanted something different doing with my hair. It's always long and straight and I fancied a change, so after discussing it with Trudi I came away with a very different hairstyle. It's short, choppy and after being instructed in how to dry the layers, so easy to manage. I've tried various salons in Melton but have had my hair done in shine since last year and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

They have been fantastic! I walked in very upset after another hairdressers in the area completely hacked and destroyed my hair. I was growing out a pixie cut and it looked awful. They fitted me in, despite it being a busy Saturday, to save a crying lady from being even more upset! They hugely improved the cut and I've been back since for trim/maintainance. They were friendly, professional and are great value for money to boot. I have also tried the Indian head massage (45 min treatment). It was wonderful. I felt fantastic afterwards and the after treatment advice was useful. The only thing that reduced that experience was that a neighbour/tenant upstairs was loud and has the potential to be disturbing of the relaxing treatment. Overall, I cannot praise Shine enough for how well they handled my situation and how much happier I am with my hair as a result!
