Atmostphere was good food not so good. Had the lamb roast. Mash was instant. Veg was very hard. Yorkshire pudding not home made. Stuffing was very dry. Only nice thing on plate was the lamb. Pudding was just warmed in microwave small amount of custard for a large pudding.

My partner and I REALLY like this pub. We take the dogs for a walk on Bramcote park and drop in here afterwards for lunch/dinner about once a week. It's become a little tradition of ours. 

The food is tasty and always hot, and it's priced really reasonably. The servers are a great bunch who are always smiling, welcoming, and happy to help, and the dogs are welcome! We even have a couple of servers there who come over to fuss the dogs before we put our order in. They always provide water when asked, I'm just sorry that they've stopped putting dog biscuits on the bar: the pups really enjoyed those!

Great pub, as far as we're concerned.

The service is quick and the staff is very kind. Even though it was busy our dinner arrived pretty fast. The car park is big and the pub location is great.

We enjoyed our visit a few weeks ago but it has since changed hands..last time it was fantastic.. this time the sizzling steak is no more .. placed on a normal plate .. and the ice cream sundaes are no longer served in glasses but in bowls as the chef so we are told doesn't like them... needless to say it was packed almost every time we went but now there are half as many if that .. we won't be back now until things change ..like the chef and the actual menu again
