A Greater Anglia single platform station running services to Norwich.nnAll you'll find here is a ticket machine and some benches open to the elements.nnSheringham beach is a few minutes walk away, and you'll find a nice cafe at the North Norfolk Railway station next door.
I don't know what I'd do without this station, regardless of the customer experience haha! However I wanted to leave a review as every staff member I have ever interacted with while departing or arriving on this train lane has been excellent. 5 stars.
It had been a long time since I had visited, and there have been a lot of changes and not all of them good. It's lost the special individuality that it had before and is now more mundane, and its character has been lost. Some of the places are still there, but it's no longer a place that draws you in. The beach is still lovely, but it's less the Sheringham I loved and more Clacton aimed at grabbing your attention by being in your face
Lovely old fashion and busy seaside town with lots of places to grab a bite to eat. All the shops are in close proximity to each other and it’s all lovely and clean. There is a huge open air car park which isn’t cheap and it’s still full priced for blue badge holders.
Lovely beach. Many individual independent shops here. Great fun for all the family
