Reviews
Had a patio laid by this company in July 2020. Very hardworking team but after only 2 years I am having problems with it. When they laid the patio the spacing between the slabs varies from 2 mm to 10mm. Because of such a small gaps all the mortar is coming out and look quite unsightly and I have a problem with ants which was not expected because I was lead to believe it was all set on a thick bed of mortar. Have e mailed regarding issues but have not had a response. Update - Pawel has been in contact and the issue has been corrected in a very professional manner and I am very pleased with the result. Many thanks.
Waited two weeks for a site visit only to be told on arrival that the job was not Big enough for them to take on. This was despite, an entire 59 ft bank needing to be landscaped, an area to be relawned, paths built and a patio area and decking area to be designed and built. A complete waste of my time, when a job spec could have been ask for on initial enquiry and then told that they wouldn’t bother with it!
