I provided a QR code for a parcel that I was returning and the return method was via Royal Mail. The person who served me was adamant the parcel had to be returned via EVRi even though the QR code said Royal Mail. They gave me a receipt which they confirmed was proof of return. I noted that I had not received a refund for the returned parcel. When I checked the return receipt it showed no tracking number and only confirmed date, time and that it had been sent via EVRi and not Royal Mail. I did return to the post office to query this and they were not helpful. I will never use this post office again.
Very helpful, friendly. Got package delivered there, must easier than waiting in.
Excellent, fast and efficient Post Office.
Not very friendly staff except for the lady in the post office. You can't sign the envelope here, go to the food hall. Then you are not in right place for delivery man and he asks you to move to the far corner, and when you return with the envelope, you must again go out into the street and stand in a queue.
Royal Mail on strike cannot hold the parcel that needs to be returned how is that my problem?! Do your job !!!
