My wife purchased a dress from this store. On collecting it and trying it on at home she felt it wasn’t the right dress for the occasion. When asking to return it a couple of days later she was flatly refused a refund and was only offered an exchange. As there was nothing else suitable in stock she is stuck with a dress she cannot wear. The shop needs to get up to date with modern retail business practise.

I am MOG in June this year and have been looking for a dress for so long. I visited this shop on Saturday not holding out much hope. How wrong I was, what a fantastic place with not only really lovely friendly staff but so knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough for helping me choose a dress which I am so looking forward to wearing, I also got the most amazing shoes and bag to match. Thanks once again you are all amazing. p.s thanks for the advice on underwear I’ve also ordered some new bras  x

Such a lovely shop with lovely staff. I bought my mother of the groom outfit here and couldn't have wished for better service. Kay and her staff are brilliant, so helpful and knowledgeable. I loved the advice I was given and loved the dress I eventually bought. Thank you.

Went on the 24th October so my mum could decide on a Mother of the Bride style with the idea she would go back after Xmas and buy. Thr whole experience from booking our visit to the end of the appointment was an absolute pleasure. The 2 ladies are so friendly, cheerful and helpful. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable on their stock. Mum ended up purchasing her full outfit, as she didn't want to risk it not being available in her size. Gorgeous clothes, accessories and you can hire the hats! The premises have been refurbished and they are beautiful. Highly recommend this shop for normal fashion items too as well as the specialist outfits upstairs.

Mum and I have just returned from a trip to Shelleys to try and find a mother of the bride outfit. What a lovely experience. We were so well looked after and the ladies were so helpful and patient. There was plenty of choice, and thankfully mum has found a gorgeous dress that we both love. Would highly recommend.

Staff so helpful. Always friendly. Give good, honest advice. Nothing too much trouble.
