Have been here 3 times this year in a company vehicle, all times served by the same lady in her 60's with long grey hair. On each occasion I have greeted her with with a cheery "Hi" and been given the same same sullen glare with no vocal response, I thought on the first occasion it was probably just an off day but have since learned it is her unique customer service experience. I dared to ask for a VAT receipt instead of the normal one and was told I wasn't allowed one! I won't be using this station again as she seems to put a damper on my day whenever I visit. Worth a visit just to see if you could make her smile.
