Site let local kebab shop use the jet wash and Bush to clean there grilles!!!!! Cleaned my white van and now got fat residue all over it and management and customer service are about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike!!!!!

As usual Shell are one of the higher priced fuel providers, as well as ridiculous prices inside the shop..

Another visit to Shell LONDON ROAD Dartford yet another disappointment and waste of time. Went to petrol my car but also wanted to use the facilities to clean the vehicle. 1) First I noticed the air pump which I was going to use was out of order. 2) Purchased car wash Platinum for £6.99 but it turned out the car wash did not work and I received a full refund. 3) I then purchased the Jet Wash Gold but it did not work - another refund. 4) Lastly I wanted to use the vacuum but ... it did not work. The female cashier serving me was very nice and professional that's why Shell received 1 star if it wasn't for her the result would be no star at all. Yet another bad experience with Shell London Rd Dartford.. 29/06/14 08:09hrs Num 30570 Total £59.99
