I am very very disappointed in my service recieved today. I dropped my card on the floor underneeth the counter and i asked for help from the person on desk and he hust stood there on his phone and not even acknowledging me. I had go on the floor and look for my card when he couldve helped me.

Rude,awful service!!!!!! Called in at 7.45pm on 30th December to get fuel.After delay on pumps ?????? I went in to pay,Roger served me,ignored me whilst chatting to lady behind then wagged his finger at card machine several times. When I told him how rude his behavior was he started raising his voice.I then said I want details of head office he snatched my receipt (while still raising his voice) completely denying all that had gone on.Unbelievable! All he does is moan and treat customers terrible, if you don't believe me,try for yourself.My advice, AVOID !!!!!

A good station . Shelfs neatly stacked but i rated 3 star due to customer service my only criticism is communication. Staff are polite but from walking in to out they do not say a word . I am not asking for a coversation but a minimum of thank you when you pay will be appreciated.

Ok but a 5 min drive will take you to Tesco which is always cheaper.
