Unfortunately, the quality of the coffee I received was unacceptable; it lacked any discernible flavor and resembled warm water with a small amount of milk. This suggests that the espresso machine may either be malfunctioning or in need of thorough cleaning.nnThe toilet are a mess seems like nobody gives them a clean.nnFurthermore, I found the conduct of the staff to be unprofessional. While I was being served, the employees appeared more interested in holding personal conversations in their own language than attending to my needs, which I found quite rude.

I used the car wash last night, while dryer working, there was a metal stick next to the sensor ring on the dryer, scratch the car on bonnet and all over roof.nNormally, I wipe the door edges at the Garage, but I went home to do it.nWhen I start to the fine drying, found scratches on the bonnet and roof.nI immediately called the night staff, but there was no positive answer,nThen I went back to this morning, spoke to the manager but there was no empathy from her either, she gave me the customer service number, but it's useless, there is no option for my kind of enquiries. I finally send an email.nIt's a new car

I visited the Wafford Service Station today to refuel my car. Unfortunately, my experience with the restroom was very disappointing. The condition of the toilet looked like it had been through a hurricane. Everything was wet, tissues and chewing gum were scattered everywhere, and there was a very unpleasant smell.nnI honestly do not understand how a service station of such a high standard can allow the restroom to become so dirty. Could the manager please pay more attention to this issue and ask the staff to clean the toilets more frequently? It is not normal for customers to enter a restroom in such an unhygienic condition.

Oriental guy with the glasses is an absolute jobsworth. I was pulled up at a pump at 11:46pm Fri 24 Oct 25 but he turned the lights off There was a sign on there saying that they will be closed from 1150pm till 1210amnnHe had no decency to announce it on the tannoy or even make eye contact with me when I went over to the nightstand it’s like he did it on purposennAlso it stinks of sewage as soon as you walk in to this so-called newly built petrol station which is shocking considering how new it is absolute filth….

Quality petrol and diesel. They have also installed many charging points. This shell has been recently refurbished and is open 24 hours.
