The female staff member on duty was unhelpful and refused to accept my return parcel after 8:30 PM, despite the website stating that parcel drop-off is available 24 hours a day. Other Shell locations have accepted parcels at similar times without issue.

Sign fell off and has caused a deep gash to my car . They all pretend they don’t understand you and refuse to give the managers details. Avoid as they obviously don’t follow safety protocols . It nearly hit me and could have caused significant injury.nI just received a response using a fake email address to respond to . Why am I not surprised I believe now you wish this to be filed as a criminal complaint . Your failure to address damage and sharing fake details is just going to add to the complaint with the police . You clearly do not take health and safety seriously . I left my details with you twice . You know how to contact me .nThis fake response is nauseating .
Avoid!- When trying to fill my car up today with premium unleaded the attendant would not activate the pump. I was beckoned to the shop through the window and told I would need to “pay first” as the petrol was “too rich!” inferring that I may not pay and drive off! I’m not a thief and don’t like being treated with suspicion this way. I can’t “pay first” as I don’t know how much fuel it will take to fill up my tank!nWon’t be using this petrol station again- which is a shame as I often used to go there. Customer service 0 out of 10
I paid £1.50 for 7 mins of air that I did not receive! I went to complain & the staff accused me of first not putting the correct amount of money in the machine, then accused me of not putting the money in the correct slot & finally told me I ran out of time.nnThey just lost a regular customer - I hope it was worth it for them
