Lazy night service girl will not make tired HGV drivers hot drinks as the machines are cleaning. The machines are visible and they are not being cleaned nor in a cleaning cycle. Happy to make them for Police officers who arrived after me though.
Absolutely the best Forecourt in North East Lincs. 1st Class facilities and service. Everything you would need and the fact that Shell is probably the best quality fuel available. Needs a Car Wash for the ultimate experience though.
Pay at pump often not working, and service can be a bit slow. Most people just want fuel, but the poor attendant doubles up as quick chef etc meaning you can be queueing for ages
Never send me the Drivers club vouchers, phoned shell twice , told a mix up in my address. Come on Shell sort yourselves out. Sorry to say they are the only garage selling LPG locally and more expensive than other garages that I have used further a field.I now fully fill up at other service stations when I'm on my travels and find that LPG is at least 4p a litre cheaper than Shell Grimsby.Poor service from a major company.

I ALWAYS fill up here, when as I live in Grimsby, and I ONLY use Shell V-Power Nitro+ Diesel ....... This garage is a far cry from what it was in the 1980's / 1990's!!! The staff are always friendly, 5***** ;-
Friendly, fast service. Good options for drink and food. Court service to help fuel car between certain hours .
Very expensive to buy any thing in the shop having said that the premium petrol 99 octane is very good
