Always high fuel prices and shop prices. For a fuel station in the local town area this is scandalous. Motorway service prices. I only ever go here to use the jet or drive through car wash. Drive in car wash Tuesday to Thursday top wash half price @ £2.99 instead of £6.00. Jet wash good for £2.00 wash.

I have been purchasing fuel from this Garage for over a decade now and never had any problems until this hapoend, I have decided to give this a very low rating because of a member of staff, I managed to bring the wrong card out with me and did not realise until I tried to pay for fuel at the kiosk, I explained that I would go get my card and would be back in literally 5 minutes, baring in mind that the forecourt and kiosk have ANPR cctv and I'm a regular there I didn't think it would be a problem, the small Indian man who was serving me said I would have to leave something of value and demanded I leave my Samsung smart phone until I payed for the fuel in full, I asked him about the companies policies and procedures on how they deal with issues like this as to which he clearly did not want to know and proceeded to ask for my phone, there was a que already forming behind me and he was creating a situation here that did not need to happen, I explained that I would not be leaving my phone but I will be back straight away to pay in full, he said that he would have to phone the police and there was nothing else he could do, I checked on my phone and I found that garages are able to provide a form called Declaration - no means to pay" form, which is a legal form and gives a max of 7 days to pay before legal proceedings can take place, the gentleman started to panick and blamed his boss saying that the money will be took from his wages what is lost at the pumps and that is why he said about leaving my phone, I explained that he is breaking the law by trying to obtain my phone in a deceitful way! wether that comes under any law is my guess but I know it certainly isn't the way that it says it should pan out. Overall it is a potty that I'm giving this Garage such a low rating because I use it regular and have never had any problems with any of the other staff on duty there, oh Yes, when I returned with the correct amount less than 10 minutes later he was overly friendly saying it not a problem my friend, no problem and ripped up the original and two carbon copies of the Declaration no means to pay form, I said your ripping up a legal document that may be needed in the future by this Garage as it has a file number excetra, he said (exact words) no problem problem gone and he sorry very sorry my friend. Bad practice Torque, you really need to address this issue.

This staition offers competitive prices but the pumps are ancient and slow.

Changed to Shell so prices are not as cheap but still good for premium fuel.

Good petrol station and they have good products the shop. The products are a bit over priced though.
