I usually refill my car with Shell V-Power Diesel at various locations without any issues. However, at Shell Erith, I've consistently encountered a problem where the pump keeps ejecting as if the tank is already full, even though it's not. I reported this issue to the operator, but I was dismissed and told it was my problem since no one else had complained. The suggestion was to fix my car, which seems unnecessary since I don't face this issue elsewhere or when using regular diesel. The fuel quality is the same as elsewhere, but the customer service here is lacking. Poor experience overall.
Reliable EV pumps always work, good location.nToilet is clean. Staff are nice. Only issue is the coffee machines have been out of order for a few weeks. Hopefully they’ll be fixed soon.
Fast and easy, good opening hours, pay by app. Has a decent shop, got hot and cold drinks to take away, hot food counter although everything is beige. Toilet open and clean.
Nice and easy to fill up your tank. Electric cars have special features. Always enjoy the staff’s warm welcome.
