This store is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I had a parcel sent here, and even though the parcel was there, they did not want me to have it. The person on the till just wanted to be on his phone talking to his family and friends on a video call. I had to ask multiple times for my parcel. In the end, it was right next to him! Never get your parcels delivered here, you may never see them again!
Tried to send a parcel, been told its too big. Lady couldn't give me the dimensions limit just said 1/4 of the size of the parcel. What's the point of advertising it as Yodel drop off if they cannot be bothered to actually do it. Used to use this petrol station all the time as its on the way back from work, guess il find different place from now on.nSeems like complaining gets nothing done seeing as I am not the first to complain about the issue either.
Wish i knew about the issues with delivering parcels for collection here…had a parcel refused delivery here and it was important - it was refused because it was “too big” even though i had another parcel delivered there a week prior which was just as big. Never trusting the service here again. Try to find another place to send parcels to for collection and save yourself the hassle.
Totally crap please, tray drop off my parcel but lady said me it’s too late 6:10pm, on fedex side I can drop till 7pm. After no nice speaking said me that parcel is too heavy, it’s definitely up to 8kg, his got scala on hand . Can collect today but it’s to heavy after 6pm, . This place it’s horrible
Previous reviews say it all! HARI is the rudest person here. Refused to give me my yodel parcel multiple times. Told him I wasn't leaving without it when I was told to go away and come back tomorrow. Calls himself a manager but I strongly doubt that with his disgusting customer service skills! Eventually decided he wanted to find my parcel and give it me. He raised it above his head and bought it down with force towards me as if he was trying to hit me with it. Stupid man didn't expect me to argue back, refuse to leave or laugh at his aggressiveness did he! I'd highly recommend staying away from this petrol station! Absolutely disgusting!
