I had similar experiences at the valet centrenI tried to use the car wash as usual but couldn't get it working, I phoned the owner who said I shouldn't have put my pin in, despite the machine asking for it. Yesterday I tried to top up my tyres but it only went to 27lbs, not the 5 minutes promised; I tried again today, with my brother and it stopped before pressure again.nthe owner told me it was my responsibility to keep up with technology, he did not give me my money back or come and help.nI will fill up elsewhere in future.
No longer a shell. Now Esso as of June 2025.
I use this place every day and have done for over three years expensive but fine till lately on an evening on at least 8 times I have popped over and there is a notice on the door back in 5 mins . The first time I was there for may be 25 mins then gave up second time 15 mins every time cars pulling in waiting and waiting then driving off no cashiers anywhere knocking on glass and door nothing not sure if the lad is asleep out back or asleep in the toilet three times I have waited at least 20 mins now I just walk off
Went to use the valet centre behind which is owned by this garage and greeted by a very rude and aggressive man very bad attitude towards me and the two other cars I was with after we asked what his problem was he got very loud and started taking pictures of our vehicles and reg one vehicle had children in and when confronted about taking photos another one came from the shadows and then the First man started again would not recommend this place at all unless you want treat like a piece of garbage AVOID AT ALL COSTS
