Unbelievably poor service today, 09/04/24 at 07:30. Queuing for 10 minutes almost out the door to be told at the till I couldn't buy anything because the scanners were not working. No explanation or apology from the 2 men working the tills.

Hazem has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.nNo wonder he is on the night shift.nBest to keep him away from people!
Been in most days around 6:30am for fuel 1 of the morning staff still keeps refusing service and calling me on the tannoy to go in first eventhough she recognises me, I understood the first time seeing me but after multiple times it's just frustrating.
