Love this garage very handy even has a butchers will go again as im in maryport regularly
My friend is broke down and outside. The recovery service can’t get to him until the morning, went into the shop desperate for help, no charge in his phone, asked to buy power bank but had nothing, told the assistant his situation, he’s said he would pay or buy whatever if he could somehow get a charge for phone to help out, he’s said she was very abrupt, rude and really unhelpful, said it policy, how about humanity ! Not a very good look, we can all help out each other at times of need !
Shocking service. Perhaps when someone had to move pumps because one isn't working, there is actually an issue. Rather than tell me off for moving my car out of the way to a parking spot to pay.. perhaps come out and see what the issue is. Let's say you should have had empathy rather than tell me off like a naughty girl! Condescending and VERY unexpected. I apologise for not knowing that I can't move my car out of someone's way so I don't hold them up... Was it the 4 car rush at 9:15pm that annoyed you! Really very disappointed with this experience.
Great garage. I just can't go in any more because the smell makes me gag. Really bad strong Bleachy meaty odour. Wish they'd use different cleaning products.
Love the shop, butchers, bakers, however please make it a one way. It's ridiculous trying to fuel up when there are two entry points. It needs to be one way in and one way out from curzon street
