Absolutely disgusting customer service, treated with disrespect before even getting to the till, id hate to think how other people are treated walking in there. Make you feel small and speak down to you, i asked a simple question and was answered with attitude and aggression before id even finished my sentence, ended up having to walk straight back out because of how small i was made to feel in front of a crowd in the shop and this is not the first time i have felt like this waking in but itll definitely will be the last as i wont be returning
Visited this petrol station 23/7/19 for some v-power and when i went to pay, i was verbally abused. The morbid looking, miserable woman behind the counter began banging on the window when i tried to use the app. I went inside and she began shouting at me when i had done nothing wrong. I asked who she was speaking to and she began dragging family members into it when she doesnt even know my family. She then told me to 'pay for my fuel and f*ck off out' and that i was 'f*cking barred'. I then went back to my car and she began shouting again. Extremely poor service, time to get rid of the monster behind the counter and get someone to serve who doesn't look like they've had to give up the benefits and start work. Horrible woman. And if i want fuel again, i wont be told where i cant go by an employee who cant stand young people. so dont worry. Ill be back. :
Shell lists this forecourt as a retailer for Shell helix engine oils. I telephoned to speak about prices. The staff member was either talking to me whilst serving a customer or it appeared that the outgoing message answering machine was on. The conversation sounded the same and no intelligent response from there end.nnContacting Shell to strike them from their retailer list. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
A very assistant behind the counter, always very polite and friendly. Always ready to help if required.nAlways has a friendly face, and time for the customers
When i got there the member of staff was smoking a cigarette on the garage grounds. Highly disturbing. Furthermore she told me to wait outside the shop until she finished her cigarette. Awful customer service and clearly an unacceptable knowledge of safety and well erm..... common sense!!!
