Ver nice small petrol station with everything you need for a quick stop. Lovely and very friendly staff
The gentleman who works behind the till at this garage is consistently rude, obnoxious and I question why he is still employed. He lacks any form of social skills and should not be customer facing. Why, after seeing multiple reviews expressing the same level of dissatisfaction, do Shell feel it is acceptable to allow this to continue. He is representing the company and this is creating a terrible impression. I will never visit this garage again, I do not expect filling my car with fuel to be such a horrid experience. Disgraceful.
Stopped off here for a meal deal as the Morrison's garage further up the street was packed and we had been on the road for several hours already, not a very good selection of products sandwiches where out of date, very poor place indeed, we had to wait until we got to an M&S garage on the outskirts of York to get our lunch
Popped in for a paper at 2.30ish 26th August and was faced down by an extremely rude man. Absolutely no customer service skills. I will avoid in future as don’t appreciate being spoken to in that way.
This man works evening shifts is a very racist person.nEvery single time i have been there he has been rude towards me.nHe has no manners. Never says please, thank you or any friendly chat.nThis is not a customer service someone expects.nThey have a toilet for customers like all other shell garages.nI needed the toilet a while ago he did not let me use it. He says its out of order.nI believed himnBut yesterday when i got fuel from there and wanted to use toilet. His reaction was same. Says its out order, its blocked.nHow can it be out of order every time i want to use it? I didnt listen to him and still went to use toilets,nAnd guess what?nThe toilets were in perfect condition. It was not blocked.nWhat a shame he is for the company.
