Just brought 3 alcohol mixers 3 for £6 plus a bottle of Fanta twist for £1.99 also a Cadbury dairy milk for £1.95 Total was £12.59 I only noticed as I added up when I got home, should of been £9.94 wish I noticed at the till but you don't expect to be scammed out of money.
Went yesterday to pick up a parcel that was stored behind the counter not in the lockers outside.nRoyalmail say they delivered it and have proof, last Wednesday but the shell staff first said they didn't have it then a few mins later they might have it and to come back another day.nThe staff here seem to have selective English that gets worse if you ask a question.
Went in and was overcharged and the man on the till overcharged me by £10 when I rang when I noticed the man didn’t understand a word I was trying to explain to him claimed that he had done nothing wrong and he doesn’t remember me even though I was the only member of the public to go in and had noticed within 5 minutes of me being there. Slammed the phone down on me and then when I rang back he persisted to get angrier and angrier with me.nnAwful customer service, none of the staff understand you and they all look as bored as each other standing behind the till all day taking personal calls whilst serving customers.
I don't have Facebook so I couldn't leave a thankyou message I had a problem with my card there was a lovely gentleman and his wife in a white car that offered to pay my petrol I managed with my card eventually so who ever you are it was a genuine gesture and I I thankyou you kindly have a great week lovely to meet you xx
Monday 20th SeptembernnWe dropped £200 in cash in the shell garage indoors at the till, we took it out the cash machine went into the shop paid for two bottles of wine on card, and drove straight home. Within 10 mins of us getting in we noticed the money was not in our pocket.nWent straight back to be told er no you weren't here.nWent back the next day to be told they will ask a manager to check the CCTV.nNow today they have said nope no on it.nHas refused to show us the clip.nn100% the guy took it.
