After coming to stone shell petrol station every day for 3 years for petrol an coffee I forgot my ad blue around 3 weeks ago an have been told by the manager I was never there tracker evidence an payment confirmation says I was there at 5 50 am on monday an the owner is still saying I'm not on camera all though i have loads of evidence I was there an a payment print out from my banknnI would never go to this store in stone Walton roundabout again as I felt an have been made out to be a liar well done shell petrol station for excellent customer services not I have 134 drivers who now do not use shell as a result in this
Night /morning guy basically ...spat in my face because I asked for him to serve me , when he could ...nnHe then decided to tiff at me and also begun speaking to me like something under his shoe......nnThis happening despite wiping my feet as I always do regardless of where I am or if I'm Evan muddy I wasn'tnnImI awaiting the police now apparently , which Will be interesting considering the cameras ....nn...nnThe guy is a complete and utter arse with no prospective and definitely doesn't seem to grasp the idea of being at the least , one bit human to his customers.....nnDisgrace and disappointment , not to mention this prat is probably handling food , which I thought was off personally.nnLast thing , after him deciding not to serve me for fuel I already poured , I left the amount for the fuel and a pasty on the counter...nnTo the guy , I will be complaining about you , as have others from what I'm reading ..... How dare you , and sort your so called life out.
Called in for a coffee while at work @ 23:45 and was told by the lady they don't do hot drinks at night
Usually has a good price in the area. Shop well stocked.
Always slightly more expensive than other local filling stations, pleasant staff.
