Shop is a disgrace, hot food, what food, there's burn rubbish or pink sausage rolls but no edible hot food, at any time of the day.... usless not even worth looking anymore, no hot food at 12.20.... unless you want a pic sausage roll, there excuse she needs lunch to, well maybe get some sort of organisation going on, pathetic joke
Overpriced when they do have stock which is almost never.
That women she works on 13/04/2022 at 4:02 morning with short hair.. She is very rude and she has poor costomer service.. I recommend her if she doesn't have mood to work in late night is better change her shift at morning because her behaviour is not excepted.. and next time smile and don't shout.. I'll not comeback to this place and I'll tell all people what happened with me over there...
Convenient but very overpriced. Always full of staff stacking shelfs in the morning and they make you feel like your in the way. Very disappointing.
A great service to have nearby. Petrol is always competitively priced with money off coupons, the staff are friendly, and there's a good selection of basic food as well - enough to make a meal with. You do pay a premium for the convenience, but it's worth it. Good selection of wine and ales too. Also, the garage is open 24 hrs.
I usually fill up here on my way back from my Mum's on a Friday. They always have V-Power available, which is good. Sometimes you can pop in and pay really quickly, but because it's a food shop I have been in and found myself having to wait for everyone doing their shopping where I just want to pay for fuel. I could use the app, but they have a paper discount voucher that can only be used at the till so I'm forced to wait. Otherwise the shop is very modern and well presented and staff are always really friendly.
As is usual with petrol stations with shops attached you can end up waiting for quite a while while someone does their weekly shop while getting fuel. The shop itself is well stocked and has pretty much some of everything including local produce - but it is expensive. Look out for discounted items at the end of the day The petrol used to be pretty cheap but has recently become the same price if not slightly more than other local garages. They offer a discount voucher which gives you money off or litre - make sure you ask for one - if your going to fill up here again. The petrol station is always busy as it's the last fuel stop before you get to Bath.
Great one-stop shop if you're staying in Box area and need to top up with petrol, groceries, wine, frozen or chilled foods. It has everything and is reasonably priced. Better than travelling seven miles to Melksham. A great mini-supermarket.
I go in here very regularly and always meet with pleasant and polite service. It's a really good facility to have in the area. Tonight my car broke down there!! Thank you ladies for your patience and for being so nice and uncomplaining ...a five star service indeed
I regularly stop here for fuel when travelling between Bath and Chippenham and rarely leave without something else! It's a big site so there's lots of parking and there's nothing the shop doesn't sell! From frozen ready meals to dishwasher salt. The staff are always friendly and super quick at opening another till if a queue develops meaning you can get in and out quick. There's also a no charge atm on-site.
