I driving Luton van, I stop this morning to buy some diesel, when i stop by pump and was ready to fill up diesel the guy from Kiosk name is Hamza told me I need to leave my fuel card to him, I not agree with that so he refuse to sell me a diesel.. Then I go to different pump and Hamza not required to leave any card to him before I fill up a tank of diesel.. The thing is he waste my time, not respect me us a customer, he even smiling and show I was wrong he was right... I'm not happy with that and if one more time they refuse to sell me diesel when I stop at any pump I change supplier, on my fuel card is full details long 16number security code also for that reason I not leave my card for any other seller because I don't know maybe he do a picture when I filling up diesel outside..
Wish there was an option to give 0 star. Just got fuel from this place. Asked colleague A tall lad if he would like me to use the window to pay or should I come Inside and his answer was why you pointing at me like I am a dog. I am an extremely a polite guy and always give due respect to people working behind the tills. His attitude stank. Visited this place 29/11 11:05pm.nHe kept on going and I had to just finish the conversation and leave the place. It was totally uncalled for, he was all ready to have a full on fight. I will be writing to Shell to address this.
Went to fill up my truck at 4am this morning the man was asleep in the office and wouldn't wake up twice now this is happened here now.nnIf they can't get the staff to stay awake then shouldn't be 24h
Lady on the till at 1030 Sunday 2nd July was very rude. Talking on her phone whilst serving. Gave some attitude to another customer as she didn't hear him right but apparently this was his fault.
