Pleasant staff, who find it amusing that I click petrol to an exact number of pounds every time!
Easy quick fuel. What you would expect really. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Also nice if you need a bit of air in your tires and is a quick ways to get rid of a few pennies.
Employees are always friendly which you don't often see at a garage. Big forecourt, plenty of pumps, rarely have to queue. Has air and a car wash on site.
Label said £15.39 for 10l of Adblue. Got charged £19.55 each. Not happy with the response when I questioned it. Just computer says no & must of been a really old label!! Thanks a lot ever heard of consumer rights?.... this response below is as much help as the assistant behind the till !!!
These are the friendliest staff I have ever come across in a petrol station. The gentleman on the forecourt helped me select the correct oil and refilled for me. Additionally they will let you keep your shell card behind the register so that you don't forget it/ leave it with your partner.
Right next to Practical Van Hire, so excellent for when returning the hire van. Price seemed in keeping for the general area. Open on the Easter bank holiday Monday, which was very useful. Cashier was friendly.
The credit card machine stopped working and the person who was on the till could not get any help from the supervisor by phone. Chaos. I use Tesco now much cheaper and easier. Allan
The people are great. The petrol isn't the cheapest. But this is the place for your barbie gas. Very good prices for that,and you can swap your small canister for a big one here.
Took five minutes to pay for my fuel due to a fault on their system for the customer in front of me. Which left my car blocking access for the fuel tanker delivery, blocking the entrance to the forecourt. Causing a long queue. Three members of staff, only one serving. This isn't the first time something like this has happened.
Yes a petrol station is a petrol station at the end of the day but this one is always clean and tidy. They have a good loyalty programme too.
