I ordered some flowers for a wedding in plenty of time- several weeks before the wedding. I rang to check that they were in store the day before and was assured that they had arrived. When I arrived to collect the flowers there were only 9 instead of the 20 I had ordered- for buttonholes for the groomsmen. Disaster! I will never use this florist again.

I had a surprise arrangement delivered with pastel roses and gerberas.  Beautiful and have lasted ages.  So pleased. Thank you.
