We stayed for 3 nights and i really cant fault the hotel at all. The room was great clean and tidy bathroom clean. The maids (cleaners) do a great job. Best of what i liked it for was my dad had a fall in the restaurant for breakfast. The bar and food manager ( tall guy with glasses ) he was there within a second to help us. Very friendly staff and a great hotel. 10/10

The hotel was clean and well located for the city centre. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed although bedside plug sockets would have been a useful addition. The receptionist was helpful and we have no complaints regarding our stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel staff was very helpful. This was my first time in UK. A memorable stay. Rooms were neat and clean. If u book directly u will get discount. Rooms were quite specious. Check out amenities in hotel website. Hotel is close to city centre and other marts like co-op, pound land, Tesco, BM etc. Didn't tried hotel restaurant. One suggestion...plz add baby food options in menu.

Outstanding at every level, staff and customer service was excellent, rooms wee modern and stylish, beds very good had a great night sleep. Buffet/Cooked breakfast was perfect, wide choice of everything. Complimentary newspapers at reception. Great location for access to city centre (a few minutes walk) and also to Major roads and motorways. The price was very reasonable £61 per night for a business room with breakfast for two. Parking at the hotel was limited, first come first served, however there is a large drop off point by the main entrance and a large, secure, 24h car park opposite the hotel which you can get at a discounted rate of £5.50 for 24 hours if you get your ticket endorsed at the hotel. I would highly recommend this to family, friends, colleagues and visitors. Excellent, loved it!!

Good value for money. It was not as luxurious or has as many amenities as the other hotels in the area but it didn't have to be. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Only downside to my stay was that I was stuck on the same floor as a horde of loud people taking up the rest of the rooms, but the hotel cannot be faulted for that.
