Best coffee and cake around. The owner has a great passion for his trade and, as an ex-marine, he offers discount to (ex)forces and emergency services. You wont get served in a hurry, but that is all part of the charm.

It’s great to see a coffee shop with a wide variety of different coffees but when asking what a particular flavour is from the menu you shouldn’t expect the response of “honestly honey, I have no idea what food we do here”. 

Once the “waitress” had thrown her pen down in annoyance in front of customers at the response of a fellow colleague we decided to leave without purchasing a coffee. 

May I suggest training or even re training your staff to be a bit more professional and work on their customer service and maybe drop their kardashian attitude when talking to customers. 

Showing off to teenage boys and speaking on your phone in the back of the till ignoring the customers is not good for business. 

If this improves I would be more than happy to drink the coffee lounge that has such potential to deliver quality coffee that Trowbridge needs but for now I think I might just stick to the tasteless dribble that I get from any coffee chain

Great coffee I had coconut milk today with single origin guacamole coffee delicious! so nice to visit a independant coffee shop.

Food took over 45 minutes. We knew it would take a little longer than normal, as they had run out of pesto, and we're told it would be an extra 2 mins to run to the shop. In the end we had to remind the boss  we were still waiting, he had forgotten us! Food dry, over cooked and nothing special at all, infact quiet boring. Coffee the same.
Staff were friendly and nice, but needed some extra training, and waitress could have done with some support from the boss.
Vegan cake was also kept on the same place as non-vegan cake :(

Try one of their mad teas at random and be amazed. Lovely people running the shop. Great for very late trains too
