This is a small, family run scratch bakery combining over 60 years baking experience with the very best local ingredients available.

Story

Traditionally, Northern Irish bread has been one of the best kept secrets in the world. We are spoilt with the vast varieties which all come from local recipes and have been handed down over many generations. Locally sourced ingredients are at the heart of our products ensuring continuity over the decades. At Shaw's we are proud to offer breads our ancestors would have eaten which have been made in the same way for decades. All our products are freshly baked by hand on the premises keeping machinery usage to a minimum.
Our bread still has only 4 ingredients unlike modern factory made breads which have over 20.
