On various occasions, I have had to wait for lengthy times at the take away counter whilst those who choose to eat in are served first. I spoke to a shop assistant about this and was informed that the management was cutting down on staff , as they were losing money. It is fair to say that their food is second to none and I have been shopping in this establishment for quite some time now ( established since 1961 ) and can't imagine why they would be losing money, if the public prefer poorer quality, then I am saddened.

Nice bakery with a good range of foods and seating area for teas and coffees, really excellent sausage rolls!
