We had a lovely view from Sharksfin. The coffee was very good and toasted T cakes were just what we needed. The menu available was extensive but we only had time for a cuppa. The premises was full and dog friendly too with lots of alternative seating areas, also the atmosphere was really great. Comfortable seating with a view of the Harbour made our visit lovely. The girl who served us was very professional yet friendly with perfect hospitality skills. A credit to this great place. We therefore will return for more. Thank you from two very happy and satisfied customers

Hands down the best food we have had in Cornwall all week. Fresh and tasty! Vegan options and kids food was as good as the main menu. Loved it!
Clean & tidy. Great service and lovely menu. Food was solid if a little pricey - but had the views and location to justify the price. Fitted us in despite being busy and well looked after by polite young staff members. Just a shame St Austell owns literally everything in Cornwall. Would be good to see some more independent operators thriving. Not a bad brewery all things considered and a nice pint and drinks list.
Always liked the Sharksfin, never a bad meal . Took my American wife here to experience Feastweek and we booked a table here with my daughter and her family. My wife has a gluten intolerance but was catered for very well and the waitress went out of her to accommodate her needs. Highly recommended.
We popped in on a Sunday lunchtime, they were fully booked for meals But we were able to sit and have coffee and a toasted teacake all the cakes looked delicious! The young lady that served us was very pleasant and helpful We had a lovely view of the harbour I was chatting to another member of staff, who said they get busy on the coffee mornings on a Saturday Always best to book for Sunday lunch, especially once the season starts to get silly Lovely light seating area, all windows looked out onto the harbour Great place to get fresh crab and scallops from the harbourside Clean toilets, one step up so may be a challenge for wheelchair access, not sure if there is a separate disabled access toilet The meals looked and smelt delicious, we will definitely book in advance and try their cuisine
Friendly staff, amazing food. The prawn Tacos were so good and filling, chips were lovely and crispy. We also brought our very nervous dog and the staff were great in getting us a table out of the way. Would recommend and return :
Great location, on-point decor and attentive, friendly staff. The vegan tacos were INCREDIBLE! Also, the best part… it is dog friendly. Sit, eat, enjoy the sea view! Great spot to visit, even if it’s just for a drink.
Lovely lunch on the harbour front , one of the few places open in mid January. Glad we shared the chicken burger and Eton Mess - very large portions and prices accordingly . Enjoyed it thanks .
Had a lovely evening meal here, some really tasty things on the menu and very friendly staff. Happy to recommend and visit again.
