Excellent food - we order for delivery at least once a week. It always arrives on time, even at weekends, friendly drivers and the food tastes brilliant. The portions are really good size and always hot. Really nice touch to get free poppadom with orders. After ordering from many others, we now wouldn’t order anything other than Shapla.
The food is great but I would not recommend ordering delivery, especially at the weekend. We have waited for more than an hour and a half over our delivery time on two occasions and the restaurant did nothing to compensate us for this. Do NOT order on a Friday or Saturday as they cannot keep up with the demand. A real shame as the food is great but I have been very disappointed with the delivery time and subsequent poor customer service of the restaurant who have said they ‘can’t do anything’. Won’t be ordering from here anymore - the whole point of a takeaway is speed and ease. I’m currently sat here after a manic day starving because my food should have been here an hour ago.
I use this place all the time and always am satisfied with the food, slight mix up with the order tonight and they resolved the problem very quickly and efficiently. Thanks alot

Always great food. As a Vegetarian, there's great choices, as order the smaller sides and their choices of rice are amazing. Always arrives hot and tastes really fresh. The delivery drivers are the most polite around, always very pleasant. Usually arrives earlier than scheduled time.
The tikka roll was good. Not impressed with kebab roll and it was dry. They complimented with papad abd chutney which was delicious. The customer service was exceptional

I ordered today from the shop Mixed grill it was 13£ I really got shocked when I received my food it was not what they writing on the menu.
Excellent Food !! Great Service !! I don't ever tend to leave reviews, But this was a fantastic takeaway!
