I took my two young granddaughters to get their ears pierced. It was a truly lovely and memorable experience.  The lady went out of her way to explain everything to them and keep them relaxed. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to get their child's ear pierced to go here.

What can I say about the best hair salon in hartlepool always do a great job and always go the extra mile and make u look fabulous  Katie is so pleasant and her mam always makes time to have a chat , wouldn't go anywhere else  keep up the brilliant work all you lovely girls that work there

Love this place and all staff.. seriously will miss coming here once I've moved away. Such a beautiful atmosphere it is in here and so professional also, you won't be disappointed one bit by any of the treatments or staff.

Staff are so lovely and make sure you get the best experience for what your there for.  I got hair highlights and eye brow shape and tint and shellac nails and am so happy with the results

Fantastic place, my pedicure was amazing,  so relaxing.  I feel like I'm walking on clouds.  Terri is brilliant, highly recommended.

Always excellent care at Shapers and reasonably priced. The girls are very experienced, warm and friendly and make you feel as if your their only customer all day.
